Blue Badger made the selling process quick and easy for a difficult property. From first conversation, to contract signed and property closed was less than a month. They were willing to rewrite the contract several times so that we were comfortable and even helped move the remaining large items out of the house for us. Overall, they made a tough situation much less stressful and we are grateful for that.
My experience with Blue Badger has been incredible. By far one of the best rental experiences of my life. On top of that, they are very responsive to needs and emergencies in the home. I can tell this isn’t just about the money to them, but making sure their tenant / customer is happy with their living situation. If you’re on the fence, give them a shot.
